I stopped in today to get a quote on repairing a scratch (on what I believe was caused by a shopping cart in some parking lot) on my brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier.
The office staff was courteous, professional, and treated me like I was family. They were also quick to acknowledge me when I walked in the door. The front desk employee asked me to take a seat and within minutes I was met by Ry who was going to quote the price for the work.
He was very likeable and was professional in his opinions, demeanor, and quoting the work that would need to be done, and he also provided me with alternatives to the $1500 that it was going to cost to repair the 3" long, and somewhat deep, scratch. I took him up on the alternative he provided and was extremely pleased with the results.
If I were the owner of a company, this is exactly the way I would want my customers to perceive my business after they walked into the front door and when they left.
To the owner....please recognize the employees for their dedication in promoting your business in such a remarkable fashion. It is not often we find this kind of attention and service anymore.
To new customers....my experience with this company was exceptional and i will return if I find the need for a body/repair shop.
