If I could rate them a 10 I totally would! I had the rear of my Pacifica fixed at Bobby's, not only did it come out great but the staff is so friendly. Justin is the one that helped me and I have to say I was beyond impressed (and that's hard to do) I have been a few places in the past who worked on vehicles after a wreck and I was kind of nervous to try a new place but they went beyond every expectation I had! Justin was helpful, informative and communicated with me on a regular basis and most of all he was so helpful dealing with the insurance company who was paying for the damage!!! Who does that?!! Justin at Bobby's paint and body does!! Not once did I have to call and argue about the supplement needed AND he communicated daily with hertz!!! I had nothing to worry about while me vehicle was being fixed!!! This kind of friendly business atmosphere is rare these days. Me and my husband were seriously impressed! Any work we have in the future will be with Bobby's and our first recommendation will be Bobby's! Thanks Justin for all the help and lessening my headache during that time! #bestserviceever
